Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should generate a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Some products may not be available for exchange. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible before purchasing.

The Outbreak Supply Team must receive and approve your exchange request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a pick-up at an agreed-upon time.

Once your exchange has been authorized, we’d be happy to process the delivery for the product you chose to exchange the older one with. You can choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit if the items exchanged do not match in value which will reflect in your Outbreak Supply account within 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you’d like to receive the difference back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

International shipments

We are based in Faridabad and any shipments outside India we do not take it back. We can consider exchanging if the customer ships it back. The cost of reverse shipment will not be beard by Outbreak. However, as our customer base is growing internationally we are working on returns and exchanges and soon will come up with a policy for the same.
